I sit down at my desk.  I close my eyes.  Blackness at first, and then . . .

I’m on a path walking in a forest.  I will not let my fear of the unknown stop me.  Am I on the right path?  I walk on.

Off the path, I see a beautiful woman in a long white gown standing by a tree.   I expect to see wings coming out of her back, but there are none.  She smiles at me and beckons.  I walk towards her.

“You have fear because you don’t know where you are going,” she says.  “Don’t worry, any path you take will lead to the right place.  You cannot get lost.  There are no wrong paths.”

“Who are you, and how do you know this?”

She smiles and begins to vanish.

“You will know soon enough,” she says before she disappears.

I open my eyes.  I am back at my desk.
